By accessing or using MediBook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
MediBook is an appointment booking platform that connects patients with qualified doctors. MediBook is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account independently.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
4. Doctor Verification
MediBook verifies doctor credentials before listing. However, we do not guarantee the quality of medical care provided. Patients should exercise independent judgment when choosing a doctor.
5. Appointments & Payments
- Appointments are subject to doctor availability and confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Provide false medical or personal information
- Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
7. Limitation of Liability
MediBook is not liable for outcomes of medical consultations, missed appointments, or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant appointment.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
